A. General
http://www.kidsgame.co.il (hereinafter "Site") is a Web site. Collection and distribution of personal information about users of the site and the use of information is performed as described in this privacy statement.
Owner (hereinafter "site Operator") is the creator of the site.
Please read the privacy statement carefully and with attention.
This document is drafted in the male language for convenience only and refers to men and women alike.
B. Collecting information in the site
Sign in to the site, use of games and certain actions by the user may require registration. As part of the registration process you’ll be required to disclose private and personal information, such as your name, address, means of contact with you or e-mail address or your credit card information. Without completing the mandatory data fields, you cannot subscribe to services requiring registration.

In addition, if the information stored by the site operator is used for solicitation, based on your ethnicity and determined by the characterization of one or more persons whose names are included in the database (hereinafter: "solicitation with a commercial proposal"), therefore you are entitled to demand in writing that the information which relates to you will be deleted from the database. C. Use of information

D. Delivering information to a third party
The site will not give to third parties any information about you except in cases listed below:

When you purchase common information, products and services from the site operator, or when you participate in content activities of any third party, or common activities to the site operator and a third party and if received by the site operator a court order a judicial order instructing him to give information or data about you to third parties.
2. In any dispute, claim, suit, demand or legal proceedings, if will be, between you and the site operator; in any case that the site operator will assume, that delivery of the information is necessary to prevent serious damage to body, property or third party property or person.
