Instructions
Two pots - one large with lots of salted boiled water, second - with oil. Fry the garlic and pepper. When the garlic is golden, remove and throw away the pepper. Add the tomatoes. add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the spaghetti in the boiled water pot and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. It will take about ten minutes.
Drain the spaghetti and add them to the pot with the tomatoes. Mix and add the mozzarella, basil and oregano. Stir a minute and remove from heat.
