Ingredients

  • 4 heaping tablespoons bread crumbs

  • 1 kilo red skin potatoes, peeled and sliced lengthwise segments thick
  • 1 herbs - rosemary - about two dozen needles of rosemary (twig) fresh sage - three fresh leaves, black pepper - coarsely gross, ol

Instructions

Heat oven to medium high (about 200 degrees). Put in the Magimix the breadcrumbs, rosemary, sage and a teaspoon of black pepper. Mix it all fore few seconds. Clutching a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Pour into the water the olive oil, tablespoon flour and stir (the flour should dissolve before a bowl with some hot water, or blocks are created). Add the potatoes and boil / cook four minutes. Transfer the potatoes to medium format (even just a standard template of the oven itself). Add into the potato mixture the bread crumbs until they coated with crumbs. Add olive oil (two - three tablespoons) to the potatoes and place in oven a half hour (up to an hour. Depends on the intensity of the oven) or until potatoes brown and aromas to be more immigrants from the oven. During baking, occasionally opening the oven door and stir the potatoes. Don't forget to add salt!
