Quick Spaghetti (3 people)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil / olive
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 1 grated tomato
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1⁄3 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄3 package whole-wheat spaghetti (you should break in half)

Instructions

1. Vaporize the onion until soft, add the garlic and mix. 2. Add the tomatoes evaporate soon, add the remaining ingredients, boil. 3. Cover and cook about ten minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally with a fork.
