Hot chocolate milk with cream

Ingredients

  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 tabalespoon sugar (for the cream)
  • 1 cups cold milk
  • 1⁄2 cup heavy cream (120 grams)
  • 100 g bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

1. Put in a small saucepan the cocoa, sugar and half cup milk. Mix well by hand until frothy cocoa soaked in milk. 2. Add the remaining milk and cream and cook over low flame while stirring until boiling point. 3. Add the chocolate and stir with a manual until frothy chocolate completely melted into the mixture. 4. Whip the cream with two tablespoons of sugar until you get a stable foam (you can whip hand mixer or whisk). 5. Pour the chocolate cups and set off broad heaping tablespoon of whipped cream.
